Formed in London in 1977, The Police became globally popular in the late 1970s and 1980s. The band composed and performed music influenced by punk, reggae, and jazz. Considered one of the leaders of the Second British Invasion of the US, Rolling Stone labeled them “the first British New Wave act to a breakthrough in America on a grand scale.” The Police won six Grammy Awards, two Brit Awards, an MTV Video Music Award, and were inducted into the 2003 class of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. 

While their list of top hits is almost too long to name, the album Greatest Hits (1992) brought together noteworthy songs including “Message In A Bottle” and “Don’t Stand So Close To Me.” While it wasn’t a chart-topping album, it’s the perfect record for major fans and newbies to the band alike. 

Made from 100% combed ringspun cotton fine jersey, this infant tee features double-needle ribbed binding on the neck, shoulders and leg openings, taped shoulder-to-shoulder with tear out label, double-needle hem sleeves and a reinforced three-snap closure.
